Contract

Displaying products is an invitation to order, not a binding offer. The contract is formed when Nordely confirms the order by email.

Payment and Security

All transactions are processed by external providers certified to PCI-DSS. Full card details are never handled or retained by Nordely.

Total Cost

Displayed prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax, where the destination requires it, and shipping charges appear at checkout before payment is authorized.

Dispatch

Within 1 to 2 business days of payment, with tracking sent by email.

Cancellation and Return

Cancel free of charge any time before dispatch by writing to [email protected]. After delivery, the 30-day return window applies, with return shipping paid by Nordely and the refund credited to the original payment method after inspection.

Defective Goods

Report a defect to [email protected] and we will arrange a replacement or refund. This is in addition to, not instead of, any manufacturer warranty.
