Transparency about data is part of running an honest store. Everything Nordely does with your information at nordely.shop is described below.

At the Point of Sale

Checkout collects the name, address, email, and phone number attached to your order, and records which items you bought. That record is what makes a later return or refund possible.

In the Background

Web servers log requests, IP addresses, and browser details. Aggregated analytics show which pages people actually read. No profile is sold, rented, or traded.

Money

Payment is handled off our systems by a PCI-DSS compliant provider, so a breach at Nordely could not expose a card number that was never here.

Communications

Order updates come automatically. Newsletters only if you asked, and the unsubscribe link works immediately.

Exercising Your Rights

U.S. privacy statutes give consumers the right to know, to delete, to correct, and to opt out. Send your request to [email protected]. We answer every request the same way regardless of which state you live in, and we never charge for it or treat you differently afterward.

Appeals

If we decline a request, we will say why, and you may reply to that same message to appeal the decision.

Safeguards

Encryption in transit, least-privilege access internally, and prompt deletion once a retention period ends.
